You have 28 days, from receipt of order, to notify us if you wish to cancel or exchange an item.

Should you choose to cancel or exchange, you will need to deliver the item back to us, at your own cost, in the condition you received it.  We will refund/replace your item on receipt of returned goods.

In the unlikely event that you should receive a faulty item, Jomanda will refund you the cost of posting it back to us and send you a replacement at no extra cost.  If you do not want a replacement we will refund you in full.
