- No claims for damages will be considered if the goods have been signed for as in good condition, they must be signed as unchecked or damaged.

- No claims for faulty materials or workmanship will be entertained if modifications or repairs to the goods have been effected other than by the company.

- Return and refunds: All requests received within 30 days of the invoice date will incur a 25% administration handling charge.

- The Distance Selling Regulations gives customers a 7 day "cooling off" period. During this period you may cancel your order and Jomanda Limited will reimburse you within 30 days for the full costs of the goods ordered less the above handling charge. The cooling off period ends seven working days after the day you receive the goods.

- If you have received the goods (or they have been dispatched to you) then you have a duty to take "reasonable care" of them so that they may be re-sold as new. If you fail in this duty Jomanda Limited may pursue a claim against you for the resulting loss in value.
